To withdraw funds from your account, please select your clearing
firm or counterparty from the list below.
Please be aware that our firm has a strict AML (Anti
Money Laundering) guideline, including restrictions on
multiple wire-outs from the same account. When you
wish to withdraw funds, please feel free to contact your
broker or our treasury department for assistance.
For same day processing, the cut-off time for withdrawal requests
is 8:45 AM PST. Not valid for balance requests and account conversions.

To withdraw funds from your trading account cleared with AMP, follow these simple directions:
-Go to https://application.ampclearing.com/User/login.aspx
-Login using your Username and Password
-Once logged in, click on Banking > Withdrawal Request on the left menu navigation
-Select the Delivery Method and Location and follow the instructions.
Forex Accounts
FXCM
We cannot process online fund requests for FXCM
accounts. Please follow the directions below to request

Withdrawal requests are processed
the same day if received by 2:00 PM EST. There is no fee for
checks sent by standard mail. Overnight delivery will incur a
$20 fee for US requests and a $30-$50 fee for international requests
(depending on the destination country - including Canada).
Wire requests will incur a $40 fee.
Gain Capital
We cannot process online fund requests for Gain Capial accounts. To request funds from your Gain Capital account, complete the Withdraw Request Form. After completing the form you will need to print and fax the form to the number provided on the Withdraw Request Form.
Forex Club
U.S. Customers To withdraw funds from your account login into MY FXBANK, select the "Withdraw Funds" option and specify the amount you would like to withdraw.
Non-US Customers
To withdraw funds from your account you must submit the W8-BEN form.
Please note:
- If your widthdrawal is closing your account, any remaining funds from your credit card deposits will be returned to the cart they originated from. No exceptions can be made.
- Bank wire withdrawals are subject to any intermediary bank service fees. These fees usually range from $15 to $30. For exact fees you will need to contact your processing bank.
- Third party withdrawals will not be processed.
